The organizers have booked a block of rooms at the Lands End Resort, where the meeting will be held. The block is for arrival on 21 June and departure on 26 June. The reservation has the following accommodations (all prices are per night, tax included, single or double occupancy):

There will be very few alternative housing options besides staying at Lands End Resort; mid-summer is the 'high' season for tourism in Alaska, and most accommodations throughout the state are booked in advance. For Homer (pop. 5000) in particular, or for any of the other Kenai Penisula communities, there will be very limited possibilities -- please keep in mind that late June to mid-July is peak of the world famous Kenai River king salmon run, which draws thousands of anglers from around the world.
