The organizers have booked a block of 12 rooms at the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, where the meeting will be held. The block is for arrival on 16 June and departure on 21 June. Room rates are $215 (single or double occupancy, tax included.) A third person can sleep on a cot for $20/night. Reservations must be confirmed by [TBD]. If you are interested in sharing a room, the organizers will try to match you with another conference member; please email your request to the local organizing committee.

For participants who wish to investigate the possibility of hiring accommodations at any of the other establishments in the larger Denali/Healy area, see this site for a full listing; the organizers have no way of verifying the accuracy of that listing at this time. Accommodations outside the park (e.g. in Healy or Cantwell) are possible but are at least a 20 minute drive to the meeting site. Availability of rooms in Denali National Park is very tight especially over Solstice so we had to book early as a group rather than individually. Essentially every hotel is this expensive -- there are cheaper cabins for rent a few miles south but they fill up fast and arranging that is beyond the logistical capabilities of the organizers. As parking is extremely tight in the Riley Creek area, and there is a notable dearth of taxis operating in Denali National Park, the organizers discourage individuals from staying outside the Riley Creek area.
